SYNOPSIS:  Richard Bradford's fiancée  Sarah Prestwick wants to move to Spain's northern province of Santander to search for her long lost sister Josephine, who moved to the Cantabrian region in the early 1920's.  Charles, a journalist for London's Daily Herald decides to use his time there as a freelance journalist to cover the political turmoil in Spain's northern regions. The year is 1934 and they move into a small village called "El Barrio".
